Heath Buildings is a family-owned construction and building supply company serving Western Kentucky with custom-built agricultural, commercial, and residential structures. For decades, we have helped customers build with confidence through quality craftsmanship, trusted materials, and a team that cares about doing the job right.
What We Do
Every building we construct is custom designed to fit the customer’s needs. Our experienced team builds commercial, farm, and residential structures, and we also offer building packages for do-it-yourself projects.
We operate our own truss plant and use trusses engineered and certified by Alpine to ensure long-term strength and reliability.

Heath Buildings works with its own construction crews and maintains high standards across every project. We are proud members of the Western Kentucky Construction Association, the Western Kentucky Home Builders Association, the National Frame Builders Association, and the Better Business Bureau.
In 2025, we were honored to be named Mayfield Graves County Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year.

Our Story
Heath Buildings began in the 1970s when Sammy Heath started building pole barns one project at a time. After decades of growth and family leadership, the company entered a new chapter in 2023 when Josh and Ashley Heath became owners.
Today, we continue to build on the same values of honesty, quality, and service.
Heath Buildings is more than a business, it is a family. In 2024, the Heath family lost their son, Kyler. His memory continues to shape who we are and the values we carry forward, working hard, caring for others, and building things that last.
